I'm looking for a Photo only printer and I came across a print sample from the Stylus Pro 5000 down at my local camera shop; let's just say it blew my undies off. I've had dye-sub prints made before (I think I prefer the output from the 5000) with excellent results, but would like to get into doing my own printing. Now I'm looking primarily at the Photo 1200 at the moment, but I haven't actually seen any print samples from it. What I want to know, is the output quality from the 1200 anything like the 5000 or is it still way behind. I know the 5000 is much much more expensive, but I'm trying to get an idea of the quality of the consumer level Epsons. (None of the computer stores have any of them in stock or any print samples either). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Please: Stay on topic. Trim quoted messages. http://www.leben.com/lists for list instructions.
