Depending upon your location, artist/model head shots are a sure way to
make money.  Photo/Retouching/Output are all chargeable items.  You can
even supply an original print from your 1200 and send it to a place to make
hundreds of 8x10's for less than $1 ea.

That's one of about 1000 ways...
