I think I started this thread...
This driver did fix most of my NT / 3000 / margin / centering problems.
Margin is still off maybe 0.25 inch but I can live with that.

FYI.
When I first got the printer I sent an e-mail
to epson tech support with a couple of questions
incluing if I had the correct drivers installed.

That was about 3-4 weeks ago
...stilll haven't heard back.

And 4-5 tech support phone calls
in which they told me use the CD drivers,
reinstall the CD drivers, the drivers were broken,
the drivers don't center, return the printer, etc, etc.
