Hey not to get into details but is it a big deal to remove a printhead for a 
untrasonic bath cleaning?

No I do not need one ( ultrasonic bath) yet but I would sure try it before 
trashing a printer

I have seen other postings at other forums about doing this as a last resort 
to sending back a printer to Epson

Getting  off the printhead seems easy but getting proper head alignment when 
putting it back in could be a problem is it.

In general 4 color printheads 1520 3000 600 800 are the ones that come to 
mind 


You can buy a small Ultrsonic cleaner for about $30  Faberware makes one
