profiles
don't wish to get into the profile swapping debate, but...
quite a few companies (John Cone etc) give away profiles for free... so are they breaking the law?
been on this list for over a year, and it has always struck me as odd that people don't swap some of the most standard profiles for free. Lots of us must be using Gen4 on a 1280/ 1290, with Epson Archival Matt, or Hannemule. so why not exchange them? it makes a lot of sense...
there are still many people who want their own unique profiles for their own specific machines, so nobody needs worry about their business model being too affected, surely?
can't we can exchange basic profiles between ourselves without all this angst?
