The "Healing Brush" works pretty good in certain situations but, it can be
tricky and is very easy to overdo. It is useful for cleaning up areas, such
a blue sky, where you want to retain the same granularity and texture of
the surrounding area. Sometimes, with the "Rubber Stamp" tool, your
corrections can take on a smeared or patched look. What I find much easier
to use, especially when re-touching skin areas, is the "Patch" tool. In my
opinion, it allows you to achieve almost miraculous results in a very short
period of time. It REALLY does work and, for me, is worth the price of the
upgrade. YMMV.
