I have done it, but it cost $35 per incident. It is well worth the
money, as they will assign a very knowledgable tech to your incident and he (or
she) will stay with you until the problem is solved.

Does anybody out
there know how I can contact a "customer service" type at Microsoft without
supplying a product serial number, or product "Key"
number?
