OK, Folks:
The upshot of the dual monitor question seems to be:
1. The ambidextrous can save money with only one monitor and use one hand
on the mouse and the other on the keyboard for shift-tab.
2. The dominant-hand disadvantaged with the deeper pockets will opt for the
dual (or more) monitor setup.
