With my CFS system, I find that doing a "cart swap" cleaning vs doing a regular cleaning cycle clears up missing nozzles WAY faster than cleaning cycles too. If I run 2 cleaning cycles, I have missing nozzles. Have to leave it sit for a while, then run another one or two and wait again. I just tell the printer I want to change carts, then just barely lift the lid level until the red led comes on that the chips has lost contact, then I close the lid, hit the yellow button and I almost always have a perfect check. Never have to run more than 2. Alan >> Thanks for sharing your knowledge. I've gotten a good nozzle check this >> morning and seem to be printing well.
