is it USB or USB 2 AS I my new G4 only has USB and it is a lot slower then
Firewire but USB 2 is as fast asd or faster then Firewire. If it is USB 2
you would have to get a card for it. When I bought my new G4 I had the
SCSI card put in so I could have it for Scanner I wanted to buy and more
harddrives when needed
Good luck Also I would look at Microtek scannerrs before you make up your
mind, they make some verr good ones for a fair price and for the money you
will get a superior scan. "
