Hmmm. Very interesting. If the head is still producing ink then there
must be some type of failure in the control electronics.
I now have a working 1200 and if I didn't have a bunch of printing to do I
could be tempted to start swapping components to see what is and isn't
working. But I'm also not at all sure that I wouldn't end up with two dead
printers. :(
If you do get yours repaired try and get as much info as possible to pass
on to us.
