Are you using Epson inks and papers?  If yes, then the profiles in the Epson
820 driver should do the trick.  If either paper or ink is not Epson, and you
can't get the results you need via sliders, then you need a custom profile.
 

Also if yes, then if things are way out of wack, do a nozzle check to see if
all jets are firing.
