NO ink clogs

I use a CIS woth Gen 4 on my 1280/90, and as I was going away on a long trip
(6 weeks) with a total shut down, I was dreading the worst, and have been
copying every piece of clogging/ windex advice I could find. I also ordered
cleaning fluid and syringes well in advance

got back, and guess what?
nothing. no clogs. perfect nozzle check straight off
prints exactly like they were 6 weeks ago...

what am I doing wrong?
