Paul, I often use Fotonic with Epson media, PGPP, ColorLife, Photo Quality Inkjet Paper, and I found that it's a case of try it and see the result. The Lyson profiles for their inks and media are good. PGPP seems fine with the Lyson profile for Gloss, but ColorLife needed a custom profile. The only thing that you won't know is what the expected life of the print will be, but then you never really know that until they start to fade anyway. One of the longest life expectancies with Fotonic is with Ferrania Premium Weight Photo Paper which works well with the standard Lyson Gloss profile. It has good colour and a gloss finish, but some don't like the odd unexpected floury feel to the surface. John Wright Using Virtual Access http://www.soft-shop.com - Turn off HTML mail features.
