I had the same problem too and I downloaded all the latest drivers, played 
with different printing profiles...
Turs out, all it was was that my blue ink cartridge was clogged so everything 
printed red and pink.  nothing that had blue IN it printed out like they 
should have - like green or purple.
This may not be your same problem Barb...
but it took me about FIVE separate cleanings of the color cartridges before 
it started to work again.
Just thought I'd let you know.
