Thanks for help with profiling my printer

I would like to express my sincerest thanks to Richard Wolfson, C. David
Tobie, and the support people at ColorVision, for helping me profile my
printer.

As a complete novice, I made just about every mistake you can, and was close
to quitting on several occasions - but these fine people were generous and
patient enough to assist me at every stage - and never asked for anything in
return.

These are some really knowledgeable, and really nice, people.
