  Mine is the same Belkin card.  However, when I researched these PCI cards,
the 2-port card did ^not^ have the Lucent chipset.

  I happen to know there are others, but they do not come to mind, and they
are not any less expensive.  (Leastwise, I didn't find them ... and the
manufacturers' sales people weren't that knowledgeable).  My own experience
with this specific USB card is that it was a good investment.
