Ken,

I have a Belkin F5U006-UNV 4-port USB PCI card.  I bought it at Fry's
Electronics for $49.99 (plus tax.)  It is a USB 1.1 card and has 12Mbps per
each of its four ports.  It has a Lucent chip.  Mine was totally
satisfactory to me.

Belkin also has USB 2.0 USB PCI cards with 2, 4 or 5 ports.
