Ken, I have a Belkin F5U006-UNV 4-port USB PCI card. I bought it at Fry's Electronics for $49.99 (plus tax.) It is a USB 1.1 card and has 12Mbps per each of its four ports. It has a Lucent chip. Mine was totally satisfactory to me. Belkin also has USB 2.0 USB PCI cards with 2, 4 or 5 ports.
