IT's likely to be a misconfiguration in one or more mail relay computers
on the net between your ISP and the epson server. Somewhere the messages
are being delayed and then relayed late. In the meantime, the messages
are beling delivered by one of the many alternate routes... and the
server at your ISP is seeing them as different messages because the
header information is different.
