Thanks for direction to this web site.  Amazing ingenuity out there! 1270
now working with a new color cartridge, but have saved the old new one
identified by printer as empty.  Have printed instructions on recovery, but
a little apprehensive about the tinkering required.  Will wait until $30
recovery seems more urgent.  Thanks again.
