Rick, If you are not a game player, then a Matrox 450 or 550 is what you need for Photoshop. They are generally reckoned to have the best 2D capability and allow for a second monitor to put your Photoshop palettes on. I have a 450 with 98SE and a 550 in an XP machine and both work fine.
