New Printers

Hi all, new to group, need some advice.
Our EP A3 printers(1512) are getting a bit long in the tooth and we will
replacing them in the near future. We are a small design company (10 in all)
We mostly use output for rough layouts and customer samples, Lasers for the
other stuff.
My questions are.
What is a good A3 printer, with good quality consistent results.
Can we use a bulk ink systems? If so what's good in that field.
Anything I shouldn't look at.
