I am considering buying a 1290 [its called a 1280 in the States I am told]- to print my photographs. I am also looking at using the MIS CFS system with their dye based inks on Epson papers designed for the 1290. Does the combo of their dye based inks and CFS work well on the 1290? Also can anyone verify that the dye based inks have a longevity of up the 10 years under the optimum lighting conditions. I am using win 98se.
