Re: monitor decision...How does LCD compare
Thank you all for the continuing monitor information. I am currently in the
position of requiring a replacement monitor or LCD panel for my photograpy
work. I'd like to get advice on LCD vs phosphorescent monitors.
I've looked at the LaCie 19" monitor and its a possibility. I'm always
short on space and a 19" monitor is big.
Do LCD based monitors offer improvements in display quality and calibrating
over traditional monitors? Are their special requirements from a graphics
card or O/S perspective? Lastly, brand/model suggestions would be
appreciated.
Thanks Ron
