URGENT - Might have killed brand new 1160 - please help - urgent

Today I received my CIS system for which I had bought a brand new 1160.
I decided to directly install the CIS without first going with the Epson
cardridges. Stupidly I turned the printer on and off before installing
any cart (I assume the power light was blinking...) Now after having
turned it on again and having insrerted the CIS-cardridge the head won't
move back to the right. The two ink lights are constantly red and the
power light is blinking. As it's weekend I cannot contact EPSON support.

As I'm quite frustrated and quite desperate here, I'd appreciate any
help....

Please contact me either privately or over the list if you've any idea
on what to do...
