RE: New Epson 7 ink printers
Epson and HP don't make any, but there are some high-end eight color
printers out there, like the Roland Hi-Fi Jet Pro series. And with a true
RIP you can in theory put in any spot ink colors you want, if you're willing
to build the profile for it. But generally the extra two channels are used
for orange and green, rather than light yellow and gray, because those are
the areas in which the CMY ink gamut is weak. See
