If this were true (and I'm not saying it is or is not) wouldn't it be simpler for people that produce profiles as a commercial service to simply compile a library of ink/paper profile combinations, rather than to re-profile every time. Along these lines I'm curious as to whether the people that sell profiling services license their profiles (like software, with duplication prohibited) or sell them with no restrictions. Michael A.
