Wells river is not a book paper thats for sure but still one of the best black and white printing sheets there is. An excellent exibition paper. Just handle it carefully as you should and it won't flake. It will only flake if contact to those black areas gets rough handling. Other papers scuff in the blacks. If you leave them laying around , yep they all scuff or flake in the blacks.
