Check your Startup folder in the Start menu - if the Adobe Gamma utility shows up there then it runs and loads at startup and you should be fine.

You can also re-associate the profile through "My Computer-Control Panel-Display-Settings-Advanced-Color Management"

Subject: Deploying Adobe Gamma

| I have run the Adobe Gamma utility to characterise my monitor and I
| suspect that the resulting "profile" is not being picked up correctly.
| If I re-run Adobe Gamma, it always resumes from "Generic EBU 2.2 Gamma
| Monitor" rather than my last saved profile.
|
| I have a Matrox G400 graphics card, which may be relevant, and buried
| deep in the Settings|Advanced|ColorManagement tab is a field to
| associate profiles with the monitor and this shows only "mnEBUG21" and
| not the one created by Adobe Gamma.
|
| Do I need to add my own profile to that list, and make it the default,
| if the results of Adobe Gamma are to be seen on screen?
|
| Where does one look, in PhotoShop or Windows98, to verify that the
| correct profile is being used?
|
| Thanks in Advance, Andrew Borland (UK)
