You can get a Canon D-30 for $2500, plus you get a free 1 gigabyte hard drive and extra battery from Canon. >> Hi Jerry, thanks for your response. I would like to be able to print up to 20 x 30. I realize that this may be impossible without spending 20 grand, but I have gotten hooked on digital, and will probably end up settling for something a lot smaller. I have a coolpix 990, and have gotten some marginal 8 x 10's, I haven't tried to res up higher than that. I have a feeling I might like the E 20, until I can afford a D1 H. I own Nikon and Hasselblad equipment. Now if they only made 28 Meg backs for under 2 grand!!!! I don't want to buy into canon since I'm so far into Nikon. The Nikon 5000 is due out soon. I believe it delivers a 5 meg image. Non interchangeable lens. Maybe competition for the E20. Thanks again, George Kunze - Turn off HTML mail features. Keep quoted material short.
