I did not, and contrary to the name, the OSJTAG protocol seems to be a
proprietary Freescale thing that is widely unsupported, and I'd not be
surprised if it is a dead end project (it is interesting that the cheepo
Kiwikstik actually has a Segger chip on it instead).

I use OpenOCD + JLink with the board, but you need to build OpenOCD from
git, as the support for Kinetis TWR was only added quite recently.
