Hi,
anyone already implemented proper (for a suitable definition
of proper) tzset() and friends? At least the POSIX time zone
description (std offset dst [offset],start[/time],end[/time])
should be possible, with a tzfile-format structure possibility
being even better.
The current implementation of localtime with
cyg_libc_time_getzoneoffsets is IMHO bogus and does not really
help converting an arbitrary time value to a local time.
Thanks
