Try reading some of the documentation, so you can come up with more
specific questions:

http://ecos.sourceware.org/docs-latest/user-guide/ecos-user-guide.html

http://ecos.sourceware.org/docs-latest/ref/ecos-ref.html

After being able to compile for an existing target, you should look
into how to add your own packages:

http://ecos.sourceware.org/docs-latest/cdl-guide/cdl-guide.html

Also, follow the tips on signature:

Let me show you some immediate results:

http://sourceware.org/cgi-bin/search.cgi?wm=wrd&form=extended&m=all&s=D&ul=%2Fml%2Fecos-discuss%2F%25&q=cortex%20A9

I hope you have something to start with.

Good luck,
Edgar
