Applied, but this broke compilation against my RHEL kernel. So, I fixed it to
compile again with RHEL.

Also, you've wrote another backport for usb_endpoint_type(). I've merged both
approaches (mine were based on scripts/make_config_compat.h script, to
auto-detect the need for the code without just relying on kernel version).
