PULL request - fix for 2.6.28

Hi Mauro,

with the update to a new firmware version the IR-support in the 
dib0700-driver was broken.

The fix is in my repository, please pull from there: 
http://linuxtv.org/hg/~pb/v4l-dvb/

  9626 - Make dib0700 remote control support work with firmware v1.20

It needs to go into 2.6.28 otherwise there is a regression.
