Mauro,

This is a bad misunderstanding.  I asked you to merge my solution in the 
meanwhile, while you're working on a better fix, but I do like your 
method better than mine.

Hermann was *not* saying that people dont want your help -- your method 
was more robust.  (it just didnt work)

Hermann was speaking about his own experience -- not you.

This was a misunderstanding -- please just show a new patch for testing.

About the language, I only ask that you dont badmouth a distro -- this 
is not a large request.

Can we all put our big guns away now?
