Douglas/Alexey,

The drivers/hid suffered a major reorganization for 2.6.28. Due to that, your
patch doesn't apply upstream anymore.

Since I was needing to do two other patches at HID, I've re-made the patch
against the new tree.

I'm copying you at the submitted patch.
