Please pull from http://www.linuxtv.org/hg/~hverkuil/v4l-dvb for the 
following:

- videodev/cx18: fix get_index bug and error-handling lock-ups

My get_index fix-up proved to be a 'fix-down': everything now locks up 
after a modprobe. Actually it was a good thing I introduced the bug, 
since otherwise I wouldn't have noticed that the error handling of a 
failing get_index would cause a deadlock and that when that was fixed a 
similar deadlock occurred in cx18.

All three are now fixed with this patch.
