This is a series of patches to add mxl500x tuner support to the tree. 
The vast majority of the work was done by Manu Abraham 
<abraham.manu@xxxxxxxxx> and Matthias Schwarzott <zzam@xxxxxxxxxx>.

It should be clear __Manu is the author__.

Andy Walls wrote some of the patches to pass checkpatch and generally 
cleanup, those are also appreciated.

I added support for 5.38 IF.

This tuner is used by the cx18 tree for digital ATSC and QAM support.
