I've added another changeset.  Please pull for:

- tuner: create a macro for sharing state between hybrid tuner instances
- remove PREFIX from users of tuner_foo printk macros
- tda18271: use hybrid_tuner_request_state to manage tuner instances
- tuner: return number of instances remaining after hybrid_tuner_release_state
