Hi!

Sorry for the slow follow-up here--I was out on vacation and then buried 
in email when I got back.

This looks pretty good!  I think Li's suggestions are good; it would be
nice to see those as follow-on patches.

Also, I notice that the construction of the ACL is using __ceph_getxattr 
twice.  Is there a common upper bound on these?  It might be worth 
optimistically allocating a 4k page (or whatever) and avoiding making two 
calls in the general case.  (It would also be nice to avoid copying the 
xattr content into a temporary buffer, but I don't think it is worth the 
complexity at this point.)

But this is all nit-picking; I'll pull this into the testing branch.  Of 
the suggestions, I think a mount-time option would be the nicest as it 
would let us make this default to Y.
