audacity and linux.

hey!
I do not use Linux now at all.
Not at the moment.
But know one thing has been tried audacity in linux.
and it does not work as good as it does in Windows.
why is it so?
audacity works bettre in Windows.
there are the few here on the list who have tested more audacity?

Inte för tillfället.
Men vet en sak har prövat audacity i linux.
och det fungerar inte lika bra som det gör i windows.
varför är det så?
audacity fungerar bettre i  windows .
