Hi, I don't know a whole lot about rh /fedora ubuntu is apparently has an accessible install using orca that involves some sequence of things at the boot prompt. If you want debian you have a couple options people.debian.org/~sthibault/ has experimental debian installers for i386 and x86_64 modified to have espeak come up automatically. vinux at vinux.org.uk is basically debian with some nice speech set up for it as a live cd. You can either run the installer it provides or hand install whatever you like. If you want more information ask, Hope this helps.
