Hello!

But this is the latest production version of brltty.

I've just checked brltty:s homepage.

You can try and get a new serial cable.
I got this problem with my display as well, when I had a damaged cable.

I used a vario at that time, when I got a new cable it worked

Hi Patrik,

Why stick with such an old version of brltty? You can get the newest one from mielke.cc/brltty. Asking people to talk in terms of such an old program is considerably less than optimal.

Just my two tenths of a cents worth.
