Perhaps your problem may be that Asterisk doesn't like to send T.38 to a peer other than the one it negotiates the SIP connection with.

If I recall correctly you mentioned a while back that eutelia made a change which broke your outgoing T.38 functionality, did you ever find out what the change was?
