Ext1: Channel X parameter on PRI

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hello,I use asterisk as a PRI gateway between the PRI line from the telco(span 1) and the customers PBX (span 2) . I did a "pri debug" because Ihad some problems with incoming routings.
>From the telco I get:1 < Channel ID (len= 5) [ Ext: 1 IntID: Implicit PRI Spare: 0 Exclusive Dchan: 01 < ChanSel: Reserved1 < Ext: 1 Coding: 0 Number Specified Channel Type: 31 < Ext: 1 Channel: 28 ]
But on span2 I asterisk sends:
2 > Channel ID (len= 5) [ Ext: 1 IntID: Implicit PRI Spare: 0 Preferred Dchan: 02 > Ext: 1 Coding: 0 Number Specified Channel Type: 32 > Ext: 1 Channel: 1 ]

I compared all parameters I know like TON (type of number) etc... andthey match. What I get on span 1 is the same that is sent on span 2except this "Ext: 1 Channel: X". What does that parameter means and howcan I modify it.

Best regards,Loïc Didelot.
