I tested with the following boot parameters: mem=128M memmap=exactmap memmap=0x08000000@0x70000000 and mem=128M memmap=exactmap memmap=0x08000000@0x20000000 and OOM killer was invoked correctly on both cases. I guess the problem lies with AT91bootstrap.
