I posted a generic PWM API on linux-embedded, after posting an initial version here for review. The architecture is very similar to the gpio approach: a common frontend that binds to device-specific drivers. Might consider checking that out. The code I posted contained an example driver for the Atmel PWMC peripheral, and I also have a pseudo-device implementation that uses gpio plus an hrtimer. Supporting the TC peripheral found in the RM9200 wouldn't be a big deal, especially after you see the code. b.g. -- Bill Gatliff bgat@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ------------------------------------------------------------------- List admin: http://lists.arm.linux.org.uk/mailman/listinfo/linux-arm FAQ: http://www.arm.linux.org.uk/mailinglists/faq.php Etiquette: http://www.arm.linux.org.uk/mailinglists/etiquette.php
