problem running apachectl on target board

Dear all,

I have cross compile apache successfully,and on the target machine i copied apachectl and httpd in /usr/bin.
when i run "apachectl start"

I am getting error /usr/bin/httpd :no such file or directory.

When i see httpd file in /usr/bin,i get that file .,then am i getting this error.

Please can any one help me to solve the problem.
