flash programming using MAJIC JTAG

Hello everyone,

i m using atmel at91rm9200 core in a board. I have to up the board for the
first time i.e. program the flash and flash the bootloader using mentor
graphics MAJIC JTAG. if any one done please suggest how shoulkd i proceed.
